Edwards Pension Services, Inc. was established in January 2016 in San Diego, California. Our mission is to provide retirement plan consulting with a focus on integrity, quality, and personal service to sponsors of qualified retirement plans, focusing on the micro-plan market. We are committed to guiding you through each step of the establishment, maintenance and termination processes, helping you avoid the pitfalls and setting you up for long-term success.
Executive profile – Our company was established by Mike Edwards, Qualified 401(k) Plan Administrator and Certified Public Accountant. Mike brings over 23 years of financial experience to the firm, with 18+ of those focused on retirement plans. He has worked on all aspects of third-party administration, including document drafting, non-discrimination testing, government filing, contribution consulting, and employee engagement. Mike believes strongly in the value of developing close relationships with clients to provide the highest level of service. When not at the office, Mike can be found enjoying a walk around the neighborhood, catching up on some science fiction, or being a play toy for his Italian greyhound.
